Is this a scam?

I haven't used binance for years, however as we speak i received an e-mail of a transaction accomplished. I used to be send cash. Several minutes later i obtained an e mail from a stranger from Venezuela, asking me to return it again to him. To start with i don't understand how he obtained my e mail, second how did he confuse it and third i simply don't belief random messages like this. i advised him to go away and he send a screenshot of the transaction. i consider the transaction because i did get the random cash after logging in. I reported this matter to binance however i need to know in case you guys assume this can be a rip-off or not.
