How to merge 2 existing accounts?

Good day guys,

I created two account accidentally and need to know if it’s attainable to merge them collectively.

My important account is related with my ID-Card, but I don’t have anything deposited there.

All of my cash are on my second account, but I can’t transfer them to my most important account or promote them, as a result of I've to go through the account verification process first. My drawback is that the verification course of is all the time failing as a result of my ID is already related to my important account.

Does anyone know learn how to remedy this difficulty? I couldn’t discover a help mail handle, perhaps someone here may also help me out.
