Cheapest P2P has 16% markup on BTC !?

Good day, i plan on buying btc on a Dollar Value Common bases. And that i seemed around and located P2P to be advocate.

But m stunned to see the markup these P2P have !

For instance 500MAD is around 50$, and the listed worth is 1,224,800MAD = 132,784$ 1,232,393MAD = 133,607.37$

Whereas present btc worth is as shown around 111,644$.

That's a 16% worth improve!

If my math is right, meaning if i purchase it like this, i want the btc to realize 16% just for me to interrupt even ????

I am missing something !? Pls assist
