Binance Verification

Am I the only one having big problems with this platform on the subject of verifying my id? I've tried to verify it 5 occasions: rejected as a result of the card is supposedly too damaged. Who do they assume they're, significantly? I'm going to the bank with it, I fly with it, I get employed with it, but they reject it on a crypto change platform? It's a joke! I even contacted customer support and sent them the same thing, as a photograph (they don't settle for PDFs???), and it was rejected too. I'm fed up with this platform, I'm sticking with Coinbase :')
