Design wise it's fiat backed, reserves in dollars and short-term Treasuries, bridged with Chainlink CCIP. Market cap is around $2.7B today, mostly sitting on BNB.
Aptos stablecoins are about $1.05B with Tether holding roughly 74% share. Fresh USD1 supply and routing would be interesting for liquidity across perps and spot on Aptos.
